SUNDAY MORNING SERVICE

9:00AM
Sunday Worship

This service follows a traditional order of worship,

including reciting a creed and the Lord's Prayer each week,
a time for prayer, reading the scripture, a sermon,
and singing of music.

We intentionally include both familiar hymns and newer praise songs.

HOLY COMMUNION

Holy Communion is an integral part of worship
in the United Methodist Church.

At St. Luke's, Communion is typically celebrated on the first Sunday of each month as part of the regular service.

In accordance with the United Methodist discipline,
St. Luke's observes an open table.

This means that there are no barriers or requirements to receive Holy Communion, for this is a gift of God.
We believe as we say in the invitation to receiving this sacrament:
"Christ our Lord invites to his table all who love him, who earnestly repent of their sin, and seek to live in peace with one another."

All who accept this invitation are welcome to partake.

BRIDGE BREAD

Bridge Bread is a cooperative ministry out of St. Louis that helps give people who are homeless skills that can help them in other career and life opportunities.

Because of the pandemic, this ministry has been on pause since 2020,
but we do hope to resume soon.
